The facilities are gorgeous. The level of details and decor was exceptional. Rooms were clean, updated and well maintained. Bathroom was huge and spacious however the shower fixture was plastic and on a non detachable rod. Seemed a little out of place compared to the rest of the room. Housekeeping services were tremendous. Daily cleaning and offers nightly turndown service. They gave ample free bottled water. Front desk staff, concierge services, valet parking all top notch. Upgraded us to a resort viewed room at no charge. 2 pools both seemed well maintained. One for families, one for adults. Tennis courts were great as well. We did not use the spa. Breakfast at the Pulpo restaurant was amazing. Crème brûlée French toast is a must.

Beautiful resort with exceptional service throughout the entire property. They always made sure guests were taken care of and we’re extremely attentive to our needs. It was the perfect place to spend my birthday on a solo trip. Everyday felt like a celebration. The food was great. I mostly ate at Polpo Palm Beach and Breeze Ocean Kitchen. The spa experience was simply amazing. The beach was lovely as well as the adults only tranquility pool. I like that they provided complimentary water shoes, given that there are some large rocks in some parts of the ocean water floor. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely stunning resort in beautiful Palm Beach. Landscaping and grounds are immaculate as is the rooms themselves. It's got it all, beach, pools, bars, amazing restaurants. Very helpful, courteous staff. Both inside hotel and pool/beach staff. Everyone was so very attentive and polite.

The adult pool area was quiet and beautiful. Pool side service was exceptional. The pool was heated. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed that area all day for a couple of days. It’s just what we needed to unwind.

The hotel was beautiful! I loved the Jonathan Adler designs. The staff on the beach were very kind. The coffee shop had the best capuchino! The Spa was awesome!
